Refund policy & Return Policy

Swimwear Bottoms are FINAL sale due to sanitary reasons.

 

  1. Return Period: Customers have 15 consecutive days after delivery to process a return.

  2. Store Credit: Exchanges are not available, and all returns will be processed for store credit.

  3. Final Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are FINAL.

  4. Item Condition: Merchandise returned must be unused, folded neatly in original packaging, safety liners/tags intact, and no signs of wear or wash. Please, no lotion, body oil, or makeup stains. Merchandise must be in the original condition you received. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise sent back to us that does not follow these guidelines. 

 

Processing a Return

 Please note that every piece is hand dyed and hand cut; therefore, patterns are not identical on each piece. 

Please allow up to one week for us to process these requests, and please send return packages using a tracked shipping method. 

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label on their own.
